I had an excellent experience at Carpet Outlet. I was very pleased that they offered not just carpet but laminate as well. The staff took the time to go over the different brands of carpet and laminate with me and made me feel very comfortable knowing that the products I chose were of high quality. Their installers did a very good job. They showed up on time, were very polite and cleaned up after they were done . They even took time to answer any questions I had regarding the installation. We bought carpet from this company in 2002 at the warner location in chandler. They did a good job of laying the carpet and it looked fine for the first few years. Then it started bubbling up, which means they didn't take the time to stretch the carpet when they installed it. When the problem became obvious the store we got the carpet from was no longer at that location. I finally found an address in the files that put them in tempe on elliot,but when I called the number was not in service. So I am now trying to find out if they are still in the valley, with little hope of them fixing the problem.
