Sahara Middle Eastern Restaurant, NE corner of Southern&McClintock in Tempe (480) 966-1971 It's all good, but the Lamb Kuzi (marinated roasted lamb shank over a bed of rice, nuts and raisins) is the best. Other middle eastern restaurants in the area also serve roasted lamb dishes, but none comes close to Sahara's. The same is true for their rice pudding which has a flavor that floats above all others.
