From the receptionist Felicia to the roofing expert Brooks and the repair crew, I couldn't be happier. To be honest, I had called 2 other roof repair "specialist" first for a quote. One showed up to do a quote and never got back to me, and the other never showed up. Luckily, third time was a charm and I found Overson Roofing. I am glad I did. They were out for the free quote withing the week and scheduled me in for the following week. The crew was here when I got in at 7:00 am, and didn't leave until the end of the day for the 3 days it took to do the job. Very professional all the way around. They came because the door was making a whining sound but was still doing it's job going up and down. Troubleshooting discovered it was a snapped cable. When they came they told me the whole spring set up needed to be replaced. during this they completely damaged the actual opener/motor. it now no longer will work with the spring set up they put in. They assured me it would be a compatable product and when it wasn't working they told me when I come up with another 400$ they will help me more and when I advised them I feel this was a terrible scam they said oh well that's how you feel and left. Now I am left having to lift my door open and closed because they lied to me. When I attempted to work with them to get my money back or the issue corrected they basically told me too bad give them more money. ...read more

I had a leak where my air conditioner is for over a year. had a couple of other roofing company's come out and look. and they did not know where the leak was coming from. I ended up getting a new air conditioner and the leak was still there. I went a got on to Angie list and found Overson roofing. I called them and over the phone they were nice and professional, then a couple day later Jan came over to look at my roof and give a estimate. he also was nice and professional and explained in detail where the leak was and how they were going to fix it. Couple day later a guy came over and worked on my roof. he was friendly and courteous. Overson Roofing is wonderful. if any one I know ever needs a new roof Iwill make sure they call Overson Roofing. From the salesman to the workers who completed my repairs, these guys were 100% honest and professional. With only a $500 repair needed, other companies tried to convince me to submit a wind damage claim to my insurance company for an entire roof replacement. Not knowing roofers I did this with Sonoran Peak Construction + Roofing. Boy was that a mistake! They shot down my claim, and nearly 1 year later my roof was still not repaired.
