I was and am still very impressed with the service and price for moon valley's trees. They came to my house for FREE to design my yard and came out to plant. I’m glad because my ground is really hard to dig in. Then the driver gave me great advice on how to water my new plant. I am very happy with their service and follow through. This past week We went to Moon Valley on Tatum just looking for ideas for our yard. The lady working there was very friendly and was excited to talk to us about our yard. She was knowledgeable and when there was a question she didn't know the answer to she walked us out to the "Flower Guy" who was able to settle the issue. I love Moon Valley Nurseries! Not only is the selection wide, but each item has a description of what it is, how to care for it and the price conveniently located right in the front of it. Not that you couldn't find help if this wasn't available. Their staff is very knowledgeable, and friendly! We came here In search of plants that would survive EVERYTHING but would still and character, color, and shade... Being clueless as to what plants those are (we're new to the desert landscape), They were SO helpful. On a 100+ degree day she bared the heat and walked us around the huge nursery to show us exactly what we were looking for! They are very helpful, personable, patient, knowledgeable and friendly. They took their time to help us find the right trees. We've purchased a number of trees and plants from Moon Valley over the past year. Due to the recent winter freeze, we lost some of our new trees. The company upheld their guarantee! Beau (Bo?) came to the house to check the frost damage. He advised us to wait a few more weeks to determine whether or not the trees were permanently damaged. The lemon tree didn't make it. Today, C.J. and his crew drove up bright and early to plant a gorgeous, new lemon tree.
