Omgosh I LOVE my car seat covers!!! I got the custom fit covers, so of course they fit perfectly! And they look and feel great!!! When I read in my owners manual that my head rests couldn’t be removed, I thought “dammit, I’m not going to be able to use the seat back cover." Then I saw the velcro hole to allow the head rest, and thought “wow, these guys really know their stuff!” I’m VERY pleased. And early on I was reading the directions about tying the strings, etc. I thought “I don't have string handy,” then I find the string, already precut, in the bottom of the box. I’m quite impressed. He was more interested in telling me I was mad that I could not get them on the seats and that they had been shipped on time (I did not even care about the shipping time � he was trying to distract me from the issues I was having with the seat covers). Purchased indian blanket seat covers for by Toyota Tacoma. The installation was a nightmare-made more difficult with some very poor instructions. The poorly hand drawn figures are hard to decipher, as well as the written instructions. The Mickey Mouse method of fastening the myriad number of strings leaves much to be desired, as well as the need to remove the rear seat (which is not mentioned prior to the sale) to pull off the feat. I never installed the seatcover due to a mechanical problem with the vehicle that compelled me to trade it in. I never took it out of the packaging. When I contacted the company about a possible return, the guy was totally uncooperative, calling the product a "full custom" cover and refusing to accept the return. Since the company will would not take the product back for even a fraction of a credit, I took the seatcover out of the packing to examine it. It is anything but custom...it would have needed to be secured to the existing seat by a series of cheap strings and twine and would not have had a custom look at all. Lesson learned: Find a local vendor for a decent seatcover and stay way from this company. ...read more

I ordered some Cordura seat covers on-line from Seatcoversunlimited.com. The ordering process was pretty simple, and the pages asked many questions to make sure I got the exact covers for my make, model, and trim level. I got an almost instant confirmation e-mail that said it takes about 3 weeks for the covers to arrive. It took 3 weeks and 1 day. (We had TWO hideous snow storms one week that delayed mail two days, so their estimate was right on.) Once the covers arrived, the materials and workmanship appeared first rate. The installation instructions were good, and it took about an hour to install all the covers. Once done, they look great! Seat covers are more complex now with side air bags, electric seat controls, head rests, etc., so you just can't pick up a set at Walmart.
