We contracted for Lowe's to put in a fence and it is now seven weeks later and still no fence. We have been put off three times with the excuse that the weather was not cooperating and then once he just didn't show up. Lowe's even had the nerve to start sending a bill! The materials for the fence have been sitting in our carport for over a month. We are now on the third subcontractor and even though he assures us the fence will be done by tomorrow; we will never do business with Lowe's again. ...read more
