The sign at the front said "Car Wash Open". After feeding the machine my $5 for an express car wash and driving into the bay...the brushes turned but no water came on. No phone number to call was shown anywhere on the building...went home, got a number from online to call... recording said it was disconnected.Guess I'm out $5....don't try this car wash ...read more

My wife took her car to be washed and one of the workers forced the electric mirrors out by hand. They wouldn't work after that so my wife called the manager. He said bring it by and they would make it right. They spent quite a while working on the mirrors before they gave up. My wife said she would take it to the dealership and they asked her to call them when she got there. When the dealership looked at the mirrors, they thought the damage had been done by forcing them out by hand. When my wife called Splash, the manager denied any wrong doing. I then called the manager and he denied that his employee had pulled the mirrors out and would have to review the security footage to find out. After he contradicted himself several times, I told him he was giving me a line of B.S. He then told me he was not going to listen to that language and hung up. I called back to apologize but he threatened to have me arrested if I ever called back. POOR CUSTOMER SERVICE!! ...read more
