We worked with Jason Covert at Al Spitzer. From the first email until we drove off the lot, Jason was a pleasure to work with.
He really knew his stuff about the 2011 Ford Explorer, even though it is a totally redesigned vehicle. He walked us through all the options and features before we even took the car for a spin. After a very smooth transaction, Jason sat in the car and went through setting up ALL of the technology with us. And let me tell you, there is a lot of technology to learn! He answered our questions with patience and knowledge.
