Iâve recently purchased a next to new Ford Focus from Al Spitzer Ford, from one of the best salesman I have ever dealt with. Buying a car isnât always a pleasant experience but I canât help but compliment Chad Camp in saying âthis is truly one of the best experiences I have ever had when buying a new vehicleâ. Not once did I feel pressured or overwhelmed. Chad answered every question I had and more, and truly made me feel like family. He went over and beyond customer satisfaction, and I would recommend anyone and everyone to start your car-buying search with Chad. I love my new car and truly believe this is the best car I have ever owned. Again, I want to say what an awesome experience I had, and how wonderful it was to work with Chad.

very paitent easy to work with had a very good experence showed me how to work every thing in the car i bought tim was very nice very understanding and helpfully very imformitave .i spent around 15000 on a 20000 car thanks to the great rebates that the ford focus has going on .i traded in a nissan very nice car but the metal was thin and dented easily just going through a car wash after 3 dents i decited to try a ford.the ford has alot more options and cost less than the nessan.anyways spitzer ford is a definifition of exelent service keep up the good work thank you

On March 10th 2010, we bought a 2010 Ford Focus from your dealership, and Tim Dauterman was our salesperson. We have purchased many Fords from various dealers in the Akron area and have had many different salespeople - some good and some not so good. My wife Holly and I agree that Tim was the BEST salesperson we have had. He treats you like you are his only customer, even when he is with other customers. He goes out of his way to make sure that the customer receives more and better service than the customer expects.. I worked customer service for Ford Credit for 25 years and know what outstanding service means. Tim represents Outstanding Customer Service for Ford, and Al Spitzer Ford. My wife loves our new car and we feel this is the best Focus we have had. This is the sixth Focus we have owned. Once again I want to emphasize what a pleasure it was to work with Tim when we bought our car.

As a new grad embarking on the overwhelming task of finding a new vehicle, Ford and salesman , Tim Daughterman, really made the term overwhelming turn into as easy as pie. As indecisive and picky as I am, Tim helped me find a vehicle that suited my needs. Ford has done nothing but go out of their way to make sure I had the best financial plan, got acclimated to my new vehicle, and truely was satisfied with my purchase. Now that I am cruising along in my new 2010 Ford Escape, I am quite satisfied. The best part is that any time I have a question or need I can walk into the dealership and be greeted by a plethora of smiling salesmen eagerly waiting to assist. Just what I like... :) I wouldn't change a thing about my experience!

A Fabulous Experience
I had a great time buying my first pickup, a Ford F150. Tim Dauterman, my salesperson, was a gem. I can't remember any time in the past when I "bonded" with a car salesman. I'll remember him in the future when I purchase my next vehicle, and will turn family and friends towards his company. By the way, the F150 is more than I had hoped for.

We had a great car buying experience at Al Spitzer
We worked with Jason Covert at Al Spitzer. From the first email until we drove off the lot, Jason was a pleasure to work with.
He really knew his stuff about the 2011 Ford Explorer, even though it is a totally redesigned vehicle. He walked us through all the options and features before we even took the car for a spin. After a very smooth transaction, Jason sat in the car and went through setting up ALL of the technology with us. And let me tell you, there is a lot of technology to learn! He answered our questions with patience and knowledge.
We live more than 2 hours away from the dealership, and we would gladly return to buy a car from Jason, and the Al Spitzer team!
Enjoyable car buying experience
I really enjoyed buying a great used Ford Fusion at Spitzer, because Jason did not pressure us in any way to buy the car. I visited two other dealers in the area and they did not want me to walk out the door untill I purchased a car. I did not like the pressure that the other dealers tried to make the sale. I have been driving a great used Ford Fusion from Spitzer and I am very pleased with my purchase. The car rides great and the fuel economy is great. Jason did a great job selling the car by taking the time to explain all the features about the car. When I need to purchase another car in the future I will buy it at Spitzer in Cuyahoga Falls.

Car purchase
This was a very easy and painless buying experience. Wayne Prussack was really helpful in answering any of the questions or concerns I had, and took the extra time to make sure I was comfortable with the purchase. I would gladly recommend Wayne to any of my friends or family.

Gentlemen, and flat tires
I am writing to thank and commend the gentlemen at Al Spitzer Ford in Cuyahoga Falls for helping me with my flat tire last night. It had been a long day at work, and was a dark snowy night, when on my drive home I heard the familiar sound of a tire going flat. I was able to drive it the Al Spitzer Ford dealership, and asked if anyone was available in service who could change the tire for me. The salesmen Tim Clark, Mark Jung and Chad Camp let me know everyone was gone for the day in service, but they would be glad to help. They not only changed the tire, but made sure they washed my IMPORTED van for me. My husband and I appreciate your service and kindness, and will come back to visit when we are ready for a new vehicle.

Outstanding!
I recently purchased a used Buick Enclave from Al Spitzer Ford Cuyahoga Falls from the salesman Chad Camp. I highly recommend this dealership & the salesman Chad Camp to anyone who is currently looking for a used or new vehicle. I was very impressed with the large inventory, reasonable prices & the friendliness of Mr. Camp. I had been interested in the Enclave for some time & when one became available Chad Camp went the extra mile & contacted me. I made the trip to the dealership & now I own the Enclave! I am very happy with the whole experience! Chad Camp is a very great salesman. He made me feel right at home & treated me like family. And by the way, I love my Enclave! I was well pleased with the way I was treated by Tim Dauterman and the staff at Al Spitzer Ford. I contacted him, he listened, found the perfect truck for me and I felt no pressure whatsoever. The whole experience was so easy..even being from another state. When the time comes we will be making the trip again to get my wife a new vehicle. *A note for ladies, my wife said she felt comfortable with him and the staff.*
