I fell this morning at Bebo's the rubber mat was slick. An older gentleman and the young man cleaning my car saw me fall. They both can to help me up, Mario reported this to management. As I waited I thought someone from management would have at least come out to inquire if I was alright. Not one person came out, before I left Mario walked me back to my car and inquired again If I thought I would be okay. Thank you Mario, but I don't think I will be returning to Bebo's. This is the second incident with them. I tried to give them a second chance. This first incident I took my new car for an oil change and detail. When I went to pick it up there was grease all over the carpet and greasy hand prints on the leather seats. It had not been cleaned or detailed I reported this to management and they just brushed me off. They did not offer to clean the carpet or the leather. ...read more
