I've lived here over a year, I can't even open my windows in my apartment, but although I've requested they be repaired the management here has ignored my requests. I have several work orders that go undone, my neighbors car was stolen, the crime activity is high due to no outside lighting but management will not put in proper lighting because they are cheap. Residents are loud and play loud music. The construction of the apartments are old, and if you live downstairs you will hear everything your upstairs neighbor does every step they make...side by side you can hear you neighbors talk and their tv's even hear sex bedroom to bedroom. The apartments are in serious need of updating. Several neighbors were dealing drugs and management didn't react to complaints. The maintenance guy was caught stealing from someone's apartment and management never cared because he is related to the owner. Bed bugs and mold are the most common complaint. Couldn't wait to move out when my lease was up. Keep shopping if you need an apartment - this place will soon be condemned. ...read more

moved in Dec 28 2012 ready to move out Jan 11 2013. Parking lot has potholes, appliances from the 70's, inexperienced management, terrible neighbors. being charged addl for water each month, not being informed of different fees until AFTER the lease was signed.
