Winchester Commons Apartments

I've lived here over a year, I can't even open my windows in my apartment, but although I've requested they be repaired the management here has ignored my requests. I have several work orders that go undone, my neighbors car was stolen, the crime activity is high due to no outside lighting but management will not put in proper lighting because they are cheap. Residents are loud and play loud music. The construction of the apartments are old, and if you live downstairs you will hear everything your upstairs neighbor does every step they make...side by side you can hear you neighbors talk and their tv's even hear sex bedroom to bedroom. Don't make the same mistake I did stay away from Winchester Commons.

What a nice place. Jeannie is a sweetheart. She really runs a tight ship, and it shows. I have lived there for 3 years now and i couldn't be happier.
