Be prepared to wait a long time for your "scheduled appointment"! I was forced to sit for over an hour for my appointment. ( I waited an HOUR AND TEN MINUTES!) This is my first visit to Mimi's Spa and I was blown away by their service. The atmosphere was professional but not stuffy; the staff was attentive and kind. I have been looking for a place to consistently get my nails cared for and finally found it! Sitting in here reminds me of the women on the Real Housewives of Orange County.
