Very unprofessional about business dealings with my brother and threatened me to my brother. Will enjoy seeing this business close due to poor attitude towards customers. Do not use Eastern Shore Flooring. Owner Randy Hicks will lure you in with an appealing price but you will be lucky if the job gets finished. It is next to impossible to get Randy to show up to work. Randy’s talk greatly exceeds his walk. If you can get any work completed, it is fair at best. Do not be surprised if Randy increases the price of your estimate/quote throughout the job due to some “unforeseen” factor. Also do not be surprised if a promised 1-2 week job turns into 6-7 weeks or longer and is never completed. Randy likes to start projects but never actually finishes anything. Finally do not expect a clean job site or for your old flooring to be carried off anytime soon or at all. DO NOT be fooled by a slick talk and lower price, you get what you pay for. I would not recommend Randy to anyone. He is impossible to get in touch with and doesn't do what he says he will. After only two years, my $4000 custome shower is leaking and rotting out my floor.
