This is a great property management company. We have had Bonanza Realty managing our condo association since it was built. About a year ago the ownership changed hands and it is only getting better. The new owner has been really upgrading the office technology making it more current and up to date for processing. Know that you are just a number and a revenue stream to these guys as they openly state that they manage over 90 complexes and 3400 homes, so they don't care about you. The unit below me had an issue with water intrusion and Bonanza said that they had to work on my deck, because that's where the water was coming in from. No big deal, it shouldn't take long to fix. Boy was I wrong!! Here I sit two months later, with a broken deck waiting for it still to be fixed, because Bonanza loves to play games and not manage properties like they claim to do. Now why is it taking two months and counting? Because Bonanza started work without having their insurance adjuster coming out, and when the adjuster said they wouldn't cover it and that it would have to come out of association fees, they refused to pay the contractor. And the contractor rightfully stopped work. Here I sit at an impasse and an unusable deck, all because Bonanza cannot do property management. ...read more

I have never had such unprofessional, mediocre service from a company. I'm not really sure why we paid them, because they never seemed to actually do anything.They won't take credit/debit cards for monthly dues, only checks. However, the dues invoices and receipts were always months late, and then they had the gall to blame the residents for not getting payments in on time.We would ask for small maintenance requests, like cleaning the gutters. Weeks would go by, and nothing would get done. Finally, we informed them that we would be using another management company, and thanked them for their work. We gave 30 days notice so the paperwork and accounts had plenty of time to switch over. In retaliation, they terminated our 4 weeks early, leaving us scrambling to find maintenance workers and snow removal crews. DO NOT HIRE REAL ESTATE UNLIMITED! ...read more
