This is a great property management company. We have had Bonanza Realty managing our condo association since it was built. About a year ago the ownership changed hands and it is only getting better. The new owner has been really upgrading the office technology making it more current and up to date for processing. They are totally on top of our financial, maintenance and other needs for the association. I would strongly recommend them to any association that needs management.
