I scheduled a hair appointment with Bart for the kerapure straightening treatment. My hair is normally curly and extremely frizzy!! My hair was long and almost entirely fried! Bart saved my hair with the keratin treatment. My hair is significantly more healthy, smooth, and straight. It takes me about 15 minutes to do my hair now when before it took almost 2 hours drying and straightening. I highly recommend this treatment from Bart if your hair is damaged, frizzy, curly, and you want it healthy and straight again. The top half of my hair is black and the bottom is brown, I asked for burgundy!!!! I was not charged for my all over colour because he botched it so BAD! He also got die ALL OVER MY SHIRT! He ruined my hair cut and Opel had to salvage that for me. I had a "the perfect brow" scheduled and I DID NOT LET HIM DO IT because I was afraid he'd ruin teh rest of my face too. My hair feels so disgustingly coarse and I have baby fine hair that NEVER feels rough. I have box dyed my hair before with very soft results and beautiful colour. He took so long to do his job that the colour he put in set in my hair roots (they said I had regrowth so I should have the dye applied to the roots first and then pull it through the rest of my hair.) But he took so long applying it that that root application set in my hair for over an hour!!!!!!!! It began itching and I told him and he said that was normal! I saw Mandie for a waxing and I will definately not go back and not recommend her to anyone else. My appointment started on time, but that was the only good part of my experience. The wax was too hot. It hurt much worse than previous waxing experiences done elsewhere. It was very obvious that she didn't want to be there and barely spoke to me. She left wax on me after she said she was done as well as patches of hair! After she was done, she did not cover me up before she walked out the door, so if anyone had been standing outside the door they would've been able to look in. ...read more
