After shopping around for car starters I decided on Perfectionist after I heard some good things and found a $75 discount coupon on their website. I actually had no idea where they were even though I work in the area but the staff there were helpful and explained all the in's and out's. The coupon was for the mile range remote and although I don't think I've been a mile away(or even close to a mile away for that matter) it works consistenly. After living in Alaska for 20 years I doubt I'll ever own a vehicle without one, I would recommend Perfectionist and reccomment using the coupon off the website to save some cash ...read more

We are very understanding, and gave them a second chance after their could not complete a job. When they could not complete, or even start the project, they didn't have the courtesy to call us so we could adjust our schedules. Gave them a second chance and they promised to have the project completed the next day. We arrived a little later to hopefully make sure they would have the project done.
