Valley Forge Fitness is a fun, effective, varied workout that will provide you results. With a knowledgeable, fun instructor and fellow boot campers who are motivated and dedicated you have the support you need to stay committed. You'll see improvements in your physical and mental health. After two years, I'm still going strong and still looking forward to every (well almost every) workout!

Valley Forge Fitness is fantastic. Jerry Washington is the best! He is a committed, knowledgeable, enthusiastic trainer who makes the experience fun, interesting, and always wonderful. He tailors programs to individual fitness levels, he monitors progress, encourages people to do their best and he mixes up the exercises. No two days are ever the same and it is like family there at the 'Forge. Valley Forge fitness is the absolute best and it changes lives for the better. I love it!

Jerry's workout is dead on. a person at any fitness level will enjoy. SInce we do isolated and partner excercises typically using our body weight, ther are no weights to bring orr egos to be creshed because your cant compete with others inthe class. Also, the comeraderie of the group provides stickiness to return day after day. Jerry's attention to warm up and warm down allows us to come back each day ready for more.
