Customer service seriously SUCKS! We bought a $400 tree just after Thanksgiving. Mid-December several strands of lights went out. Can't find loose connection, so live with it till Jan. Now, Tai Pan will do nothing about it. They will give you some more lights to put on yourself! SERIOUSLY? Why do you think I bought a pre-lit tree? And, today, I can't even get them on the phone. First you go to recording hell, and then get voicemail. I have called all morning and cannot get a person. Ridiculous. So---don't buy anything here if you want it to last more than a few weeks and then are fine not getting your money back. The only reason they get a 1 star is that they carry V Chocolates.
