I wouldn't touch these guys with a ten-foot pole. They replaced the phone but you have to file a police report for them to even talk to you. Then if you try to cancel your coverage, they charge you another $35 because you made a claim. In other words, you are stuck with them for another year unless you pay this penalty. Horrible customer service, bait and switch on the price, told one thing then when all the paper work is done, the price is $100 more than quoted. So when they tell you it's one price to get the sale they'll probably switch on you, putting you in a bad high pressure spot. My advice, stay away from Diamond Wireless altogether.
