Sam Flax Art & Design Store

I buy a lot at Sam Flax, as I teach art classes. I love the excellent selection. I do think the prices could be lower but overall, I like the store. The one thing that puts me off, though...is the attitude of almost all of the employees...they do not seem happy to serve the customers. I always feel like I am imposing, they rarely smile, and overall, I just go there, shop as fast as I can, and get out to avoid the negative vibe! This is so easily remedied with training and one meeting with the staff by the management! i can't believe, in this day and age of difficult economic conditions, they are bending over backward to make the experience of shopping there a positive one!
