Floor Mart Fine Floors

Picking out the product and the measuring went fine. We Ok'd the quote and heard
from no one for 10 days when we finally get an email that our floor was back ordered and would not be there till March 10th. First off we did not appreciate being informed by an email, second we were not informed that our flooring had to be ordered, and third to take 10 days to tell us that it was back ordered just made us leary of dealing this company. The manger stalled us and kept saying it might be on a truck. Why it would be on a truck on 2/29 and not get here till 3/10 from
California we could not understand. He did not call us back as he said he would and then said it was on a truck and we had to pay a re-stocking fee for stock we had not even received. 10 days later and we have not seen any of the $1500.
down payment returned. We have contacted the BBB and Attorney General's
office and the credit card company with out resolution. Save yourself
some trouble and avoid this company all together.

I HAD TO GIVE ONE STAR OR I COULD NOT WRITE REVIEW BUT I WOULD GIVE NO STARS. FLOOR MART EMPLOYEES USE DEVIANT SELLING TECHNIQUES TO SELL THEIR PRODUCTS. I WAS LIED TO BY TWO DIFFERENT EMPLOYEES OF FLOOR MART. THEY TOLD ME THAT TIGER WOOD HAD VERY LITTLE VARIATION IN COLOR TONES AND THEIR TIGER WOOD SAMPLE HAD 6 BOARDS DISPLAYED THAT HAD VERY LITTLE VARIATION IN COLOR , I TOLD BOTH EMPLOYEES THAT I WANTED A WOOD THAT DID NOT VARY MUCH IN COLOR TONE AND THEY BOTH ASSURED ME THAT TIGER WOOD DID NOT VARY MUCH. BUT IN TRUTH IN VARIES THE MOST IN COLOR TONES.IN A 6 BOARD SAMPLE, 6 DIFFERENT BOARDS CAN BE DISPLAYED AND NOT ALL THE SAME BOARDS. I WAS DELIBERATELY LIED TO TO MAKE A SALE. I AM EXTREMELY UNHAPPY WITH MY FLOORING AND FLOOR MART DOES NOT CARE. THEY WON'T EVEN TALK TO ME OR ANSWER MY LETTERS. SALES PEOPLE AT FLOOR MART SAY WHATEVER THEY WANT TO MAKE A SALE. THE MANAGEMENT OF FLOOR MART DOES NOT LISTEN TO ANY COMPLAINTS. DO NOT BUY FROM THIS SHODDY OPERATION. YOU WILL BE SORRY
