We needed a 20x20 concrete pad for a Tuff shed. Miller concrete gave us
a fair quote and delivered a quality product. It was a pleasure dealing with
a company with good work ethics and friendly service.
Picking out the product and the measuring went fine. We Ok'd the quote and heard
from no one for 10 days when we finally get an email that our floor was back ordered and would not be there till March 10th. First off we did not appreciate being informed by an email, second we were not informed that our flooring had to be ordered, and third to take 10 days to tell us that it was back ordered just made us leary of dealing this company. The manger stalled us and kept saying it might be on a truck. Why it would be on a truck on 2/29 and not get here till 3/10 from
California we could not understand. He did not call us back as he said he would and then said it was on a truck and we had to pay a re-stocking fee for stock we had not even received. 10 days later and we have not seen any of the $1500.
down payment returned. We have contacted the BBB and Attorney General's
office and the credit card company with out resolution. Save yourself
some trouble and avoid this company all together.
It took about three years, but we converted all our old windows and doors to
Champion. They really make a difference on heating a cooling bills. We only had
one install that had some issues and they came down and took care of all of them
without question. Only wish they would replace skylights.
After looking into solar for a couple of years we decided to make that investment.
After contacting CST we enjoyed a professional, courteous and customer service
oriented relationship from the planning stages to the completion of the project.
They took care of everything! They provided us with top notch documentation
and took care of all the licenses, permits and inspections. They arrived on time and
always cleaned up each day. I highly recommend them to anyone interested in going solar.
