My family had high hopes for competent & caring service at Body In Motion for an uninsured purchase of a Walkaide for my son, but unfortunately turned very negative. After the person that we started with left their company, the service went downhill. Most upsetting - when trying to renegotiate or $5500 out-of-pocket payment plan, we were laughed at & just generally dealt with horribly- Nasty comments and attitude, and derision. WORSE, at the tail end, when most of the device was paid for - $4700 and were supposed to trade out the loaner device we had (to secure payments) for a new one, they instead sent to a collections company. When I called about it, was hung up on & sent an email "we choose to terminate our service to your family, we'll send you somewhere else". So that they can get out of giving us the new device. Sad. Avoid risking similar experience. Caveat Emptor.

Mr. Richard Cuccinelli, came to my home and made the whole process of explaining what is involved and had to be done, delivery and follow-up calls with my prosthetic lower limb. He has made follow-up calls and visits to my home to accommodate my situation and needs. It was a pleasure to deal with him, and I would recommend him and his company should their need ever arises..
