I probably called this company at minimum half a dozen times to find out order status. It was a different story each time. The short story is: Product ordered Dec. 4; the package was to have been sent UPS Dec. 6, then it changed to USPS Priority Mail (had paid 7.50 shipping for UPS)--still no package. It wasn't until Dec. 13 that a billing notice was sent to UPS, BUT they didn't get the package until Dec. 15. Package FINALLY arrived Dec. 20. Poor service and dishonest communication.
