Owner is just MEAN. Unfortunately, she was the one doing my manicure. She was more concerned with texting than paying attention to the customer. The entire time she was doing my nails, she would take minutes at a time texting. UNPROFESSIONAL!!! The owner also plays favorites to her regular customers while ignoring the potentially regular ones. At one point, I asked her to cut my nails and she argued with me asking me why I would want to cut them...unbelievable!!! In all, my nails looked HORRIBLE. Never going back. If you want a great salon experience, go to TNT nails...only a few minutes east on Route 37. Wonderful people who will give you the attention you deserve! It'll be worth it! ...read more

This past weekend I had held "part one" of my sisters bachlorette party at the Gallery Day Spa. I probably called a dozen times to work on schedule details of the 12 or so women I had coming. They were very attentive to our groups needs. The atmosphere was wonderful and all women enjoyed their services! The time spent at the spa was relaxing and enjoyable.
