As a customer of Matressfirm, it's easy to understand why they are in BANKRUPTCY COURT. I've purchased two high end beds from Mattress firm in the last 20 years spending over 4000.00. Yesterday, I purchased a bed cover...when I got home I realized it was 400% more money than buying online so I attempted to take it back today. In small print on the receipt they had to printed (they didn't give me one) the clerk showed that IT WAS NOT RETURNABLE. They said it was "corporate policy" but I figured they might be able to as I was a long term customer...they didn't care, so I tried to contact customer care which I found doesn't exist. The phone system is set up as a loop where you are connected back to the store which will not help you. Other things of note...for both beds they lost my records, Good luck trying to use your warranty. I will not be buying from them again.\r\n\r\nTo recap\r\nWill lose your records of purchase(lost mine twice)different stores so its not an accident. \r\nExtremely high prices for accessories\r\nWillfully omitted important information when buying.\r\nWill claim corporate policy to "avoid normal business" customer service practices\r\nIf you try and contact corporate, you get a loop back to store\r\nconclusion.
