Mr. Williams came to my house and cleaned the dryer vent and also repaired the outside vent outlet. He went above and beyond what I was expecting someone to do. I would recommend his work and his attention to detail. I will certainly call him again in the future.Thank you for taking care of a problem.

My wife and I had been having problems with our dryer for a while. We frequently had to dry things 3-4 times and were having a problem with what we thought was a water leak coming from our roof cap. My wife called Mr. Williams and he was at our house within 30 minutes. He quickly assessed the problem and told us our dryer duct was blocked with lint and debris. He also suggested a new roof cap although he did not believe it was leaking. He stated the water was coming from condensation from the wet clothes ans the fact that the vent was not working properly due to the blockage. Within in a short period of time he cleaned the duct work and installed a new roof cap. His estimate was extremely reasonalbe and after looking at the blockage in the duct I believe he prevented us from having a fire. Mr. Williams was courteous and very knowledgeable. He even called back the next day to check on things. You don't find customer service like that anymore, we will have him come out every year.
