Never a boring workout
ILoveKickboxing Bartlett is a super challenging and fun workout. There’s just something about kicking and punching that brings us back to our primal self. Great stress relief!

Great Fit Family! Great Workouts!
ILKB is not an ordinary, everyday type gym. It offers high-intensity, cardio kickboxing in an hour's time with trainers working out with me. I work hard but have fun at the same time! Great fit-family! I have lost inches around my waist, gained muscle and have more energy! It is well worth the time and investment!

I’ve never been much on going to a gym. Every single one I have ever signed up for I don’t attend. ILoveKickboxing is so much more than a gym membership. It’s so much fun. Everyone is so inviting and that is part of what makes it such a great place.
