The experience has been great. The salesman, Conner Townsend, was very accommodating and patient with us (and trust me patience was needed). He was easily accessible which made the process much easier. The technical support people are also wonderful. They were very compassionate and understanding while training with the staff that were not technology savvy. I see this being a very long and mutually beneficial relationship.

This company came into our business about 4 months ago and WOW what a difference. They significantly cut our costs not only in leasing but also in toner for many of our printer locations. The sales rep was knowledgeable and resourceful, the service department is top notch and VERY responsive.
