Kustom Kar Audio

I have had a completely different experience with Kustom Kar Audio then the previous person. Having had to deal with a very expensive system completely disintegrate due to it being installed improperly by another Audio store. I will only trust Kustom Kar to now work on my vehicles. They have installed 2 seperate highend systems into 2 different vehicles. I could not be happier with the outcome. The estimate I was given was accurate and the vehicles were completed in a very timely manner. I have since returned several times with questions and or other projects to have completed. The employees have always been more than helpful and remember me when I arrive. I am considering putting in another system to a different vehicle and when I do, the only people I trust to do it correctly is Kustom Kar.

They gave me an estimate before I bought the stereo then raised it after I bought it. They said it would take 2 hours, I came back and they were all just hanging out. It ended up taking another hour and right at the end I am told they will have to finish it next week because my car has a stock sub amp, shouldn't they have known this? And why should I have to wait a week? When I came back they tried to charge me extra to do the work without ever mentioning it before, and when I refused the owner acted like an angry little kid. They also had to redo my wiring to the ipod because of poor communication between installers and they made an ugly hole where the wire comes through the dash. They were rude and unapologetic all along despite their many mistakes and considering that they charge top dollar for their work I am amazed they are still in business. My stereo acts up from time to time now, and I am going to take it and have it looked at by someone who is more competent.
