Kirkland Wade Audiologist

I'm sure why anyone would ever give this audiologist a negative review. He has been in business in Charlotte for nearly 25 years; that speaks volumes when other hearing aid businesses come and go with the wind. I have recommended him to dozens of friends and colleagues. He even gave away a hearing aid to an indigent person!

I haven't even gotten to make an appointment with this doctor. When I called he answered the phone by himself and after a minute of conversation just hang up on me. His behavior was very strange and rude. I agree with the other review that I wish this audiologist would listen. I wouldn't recommend him to anybody for anything. I guess that he doesn't need any patients and he doesn't care about his reputation. Very strange .

Wade listened to my concerns and addressed them well and I was pleased.
