When I walked in the lady mgr was on the phone and acted like people was bothering her. I asked did she have a certain type of braiding hair and she told me yes. I went to the back and of course the hair wasn't there so I need her assistance. She yelled at me and asked me what do I expect. The store provides great customer service. The hairstylist has a long way to go! She messed my hair up and charged me to redo it....even better she argued, stopped several times to feed her toddler. She had him in a high chair, after he cried for so long she pulled him closer to her and he began to pull on the hair of another client all while she laughed and talked. ...read more
