Zensual Dance Fitness

I had difficulty registering and didn’t receive a confirmation. Spoke to the owner and I was set! Unfortunately, I never made it to the studio - due to a family emergency I had to cancel the class (more than 24 hours before). After the emergency I had to quit my Tx job to move to my home state and take care of my remaining family members. Looking over my finances I noticed that I hadn’t been refunded for the class. I left a detailed message explaining my family emergency, that the cancellation was more than 24 hours in advance and that I had moved 2 states away and would not be returning to Tx. Even thought I was embarrassed, I mentioned my financial hardship due to the emergency, having to quit my job and moving away. Longer story short, I received a very impersonal e-mail stating that regardless of my extenuating circumstances, I would not be refunded. The credit remains on my Zensual Dance account which I will never be able to take advantage of. Very disappointed...
