I recently attended the Ryan Park, WY Volunteer Fire Dept Fundraiser / Auction and won the auction for service from Kilburn. Service was to include an oil change and a tire rotation. Because I wanted full synthetic oil I was told, and expected, to pay the difference between regular oil and synthetic. I ended up having to pay $89.00 for the oil change as I was told a quart of synthetic oil is $16.00 and they also charged me for 7 quarts of oil and my vehicle can only hold 6. I called the auto parts store where they bought the oil as they don't carry it on a regular basis, and also went by there to check the price and the price for one quart of synthetic oil that I had put in my vehicle was $6.49 each. It was just a shame and very, very sad that a local business would actually think there was nothing wrong with what they were doing.
