Very friendly! My heating element went out my dryer. I called Casper Appliance and they were able to get me in within two days. They actually called me earlier than my appointment because they had an opening, but I wasn't ready for them at that time. He did charge a little bit more than the lady on the phone quoted me, but honestly I expect that from any repairman.
