My family used Paulmark Digital Imaging for our mother's memorial video to be played at her viewing. We spent many hours scanning in photos and organizing them in the way that we wanted them to be displayed in the video. We also provided specific music selections to accompany each folder of photographs. The video that was displayed during the viewing had inappropriate music that was not part of our selected list and the photos were not compiled in the order of the folders as they were provided to her on a flash drive. Since that time, I have left two voice mail messages and my sister has left one, as well. None of those calls have been returned. We are very frustrated and disappointed. This video is very important to us and we are very dissatisfied with the end result. We also reached out to her via e-mail and still had no response. We are still grieving and would love to have a video memorializing my Mom's life, but instead we have no response. Since this service was provided through the funeral home, we don't even have the option of withholding payment. We would not recommend this company to anyone. ...read more
