The enitre process from ordering service to custumer service to technition being on time with the correct equipment and making sure the service is working before the technition leaves is just terrible. To get TV service shouldn't take 3 (atleast 3 so far maybe more visits from a technition and atleast 8 calls to customer service) attempts by sudden-link. Service is still not working correctly (and I'm sure I'm being billed for service I'm not receiving (I have to double check that). Bottom line...Sundden-link is terrible in all aspects. I gave it a one star because I cannot leave a zero. If you need to contact your local office, forget it. You have to drive to the office to get any service. I called the 877 service number. This representative was unable to do anything basically. My address changed due to 911 readdressing. Sorry we cannot change it, you have to go to your local office. I want to change my package and do a upgrade. I would recommend you go to your local office. All I want iscustomer service. I want a good telephone number for my local office.
