Around here, you're lucky if you can even leave a message for any kind of repair person: usually the phone just rings and rings. Then, if you can leave a message, it goes without answer. Two days ago I called Daryl's and after leaving a message, got a call back within 2 hours, and then got an appointment within 2 days (my repair was not an emergency, and I could've scheduled for the next day if I'd needed to). Daryl showed up at the appointed time, and told me my dishwasher most likely needed a new pump -- and he showed me how to drain it in the meantime. And no charge for the 30 minutes he spent here.
