When my internet unexpectedly stopped working, I contacted Solarus. They soon discovered a technician would have to come to my house and fix the problem. However, when they were available, I was working. A customer service representative would call my work office and ask me to be there in an hour. I would tell them I could not as I was at work. They would then ask me to find someone to let them in my house. Not many people are at a moments notice to wait for the internet guy. They also told me that their service technicians only work from 8:00 am to 4:30 pm, and they could not work around my work schedule. Basically, I had to figure it out or no internet. Even though I am the consumer. I finally made an appointment for 8:15 am and told them I would have someone at my house at that time. Needless to say, they showed up at 10:45 am. If I did not have a contract with solarus, I would have cancelled immediately! ...read more

All i have to say is, i live in a town, that has the choice of solarus high spoed internet or no option at all, but in the next town charter has 10* faster the speed.... which for them is 1mbps... but solarus has 99kbps download and 99kbps upload... but its stable... it never changes unless ur downloading from another country... but as it is solarus is good... bu chater is way better... ...read more
