Majestic homes built me a home costing 250,000 within 18 mo I could not even get a homeowners policy the house was in such bad shape . After 3 independent inspection the house was found to be a public saftey hazard, and I was ordered to move out of the house. The wiring was bad (light plates and plug in hot to touch, as a matter of fact paper towels were touching a light switch and caught on fire. The house had settling problems floors cracking etc , their was foundation issues etc. The owner Mr. Dale Pedretti refused to do anything about this as a matter of fact he said try and sue me you dont have the resourses to do it. Shortly after this he was arrested for stealing from the bank he was vice president of. There are many homes built by this compnay with serios problems I have a list of 23 homeowners that are working together we hope to recover in somekind of lawsuit but I wont hold my breath ...read more
