If the rating would allow NEGATIVE 20 , I would select IT!!!! This complex has promised different amenities which haven't been honored! The bath tubs in numerous units are defective with holes in them that leak. These tubs have leaked for quite a while now, which makes me question the possibility of MOLD!!!!! Some tennants have made requests to have the tubs fixed, and the reply has been making appointments a month out!!! Ridiculous for leaking water,behind the tub and on the floor!!! Cabinet doors don't match, and are hung crooked!!! The QUALITY of WORK is VERY POOR!!! Some owners, which pay associaton fees had to hire someone to remove the snow during the winter months!! I WILL BE REACHING OUT TO OTHER SURVEY OPINION REVIEWS UNTIL THESE ISSUES AND RESIDENTS ARE GIVEN THE PROPPER SERVICE AND CARE!!!!! ...read more
