What a great experience! I am used to spending quite a bit of money for good sushi. The food was good, HUGE selection and variety of sushi, both rolls, nigiri/sashimi, etc. and I spent about half the amount of money that I normally would. The rolls are massive, service is great and my date and I were stuffed when we left.\t\n\t\nIf there was one little improvement the restaurant could use it would be the atmosphere. One of Our Favorite Restaurants in Stevens Point! The Wooden Chair in Stevens Point, Wisconsin is one of my favorite restaurants in the area. The food and prices are excellent, and the atmosphere is casual and unique. It's the kind of place where you are likely to run into a friend, or at least a friendly face. The Wooden Chair is located at 1059 Main Street in downtown Stevens Point, just a block from the historic Market Square. The Wooden Chair serves breakfast and lunch, with a wide variety of choices. For breakfast, there are eggs, omlettes (Huevos Rancheros omlette is my favorite), pancakes, French toast (their home made bread is awesome) and much more. Lunch includes lots of sandwich and salad choices. If you are a healthy eater, you will find lots to choose from. The spindle (turkey, sprouts, and lots more), the Crabby Guy crab salad sandwich, and the chicken caesar salad are some of my family's favorites.
