Our daughter's wedding reception for 200 was to have an ice cream sundae bar instead of traditional wedding cake..ice cream and toppings were delivered on Wednesday before the event and on Saturday eve. Only ice cream which was half melted in the bowls was out, and when asked about the hot fudge, strawberries, caramel and whipped cream toppings, staff could not find them. Events coordinator found them the following Tuesday afternoon. Needless to say bride, groom and family were quite upset and it made us look a bit chintzy to say the least.
