Marshall Agency Realtors is an independant Real Estate/Appraisal office.  We have been family owned and operated since 1958.  Our office is centrally located in Richland County, Wisconsin in the County Seat of Richland Center.  We are easy to find as we are located across Seminary Street from the County Courthouse.  Our office hours are 8:00 - 4:30 Monday - Friday and 9:00 - 12:00 on Saturdays.  There are occasions that we may be called out of the office due to showings and/or closing, but normally there is an office manager on the premises.  Lee Marshall, Real Estate Broker/Certified Real Estate Appraiser/Owner, is available for showings beyond the office hours by appointment.  Weekend and evening showings are very popular however and do fill up quickly.  Most Real Estate that is listed For Sale does still require 24 hour notice for a showing.  Even though the owners want to sell, there are often issues with children, pets or tenants that require notice.  ...read more
