On our way back from up north we stopped at this McDonald's. We will never go there again. It was awful. The bathrooms were a mess and there was no soap or paper in the dispensor. The play area was equally as messy. I stood in line a long time to order our food and waited 18 minutes until the food was ready. I was not the only one upset. Some people just left. Others who were going to place orders decided to leave because there learned how long we had been waiting for our food. There were no straws or napkins available and all the garbage cans were overflowing. I ordered the BLT chicken sandwich and there was no bacon on it. When my food was ready I asked the manager what the store number was and told him how long myself and the others had waited for our orders. He didn't apologize. He just turned his back and as he walked away he said they were really backed up and he was short on help. NOT MY PROBLEM.
