I purchased a shaft puller from this retailer in feb 09,never received the item.The retailer (Bill Peters)used every excuse imaginable from family illness,personal illness,death in family and new job as reasons why My item has not been sent.Stopped returning calls and e-mails in may.My next recourse will be to contact New London police to report this fraud.Avoid at all cost!p.s.Ihad to use a L.A zip code because I am in Canada and We use postal codes up here.I only gave them 1 star because I won't except zero stars. ...read more
