I became angry as I read these reviews! My wife told me to stop payment and find another coordinator because of these reviews. Dianne is her cousin. That's the main reason we hired her. She stole much money from us. If I do what I really want to someone will probably be very hurt, worst yet, dead. We only received about 50-60% of what we paid for. I will kill someone and serve the prison time before I even refer someone to use Dianne's Floral. I am very upset and it was not even my wedding, it was my mother's wedding which she is still very upset. My mother paid her to be there wedding decor and floral but what she got was half of what she paid for and can never get that day back. When we arrived to the wedding the colors was off, the church was half decorated. here flowers were suppose to be on stands, but ended up on the floor, we didn't have the pillow for the wedding barrier to walk down the isle, and we did not see her when we arrived. Then when we went to the hall she was no where to be found. the hall was also half decorated. We had to wait 2 hours to eat, there were elderly people there that was hungry and had to take their medications. We waited so long that people just got up and left to go to a fast food place. there was only enough servings for one plate. there was suppose to be servings for about 100 people but was only for like between 50 or 75.We are still very upset:(:(:(:(:( ...read more

I hired Dianne as my full service wedding decor and floral. She demanded that I pay in full before my event. I should have took that as a red flag. On my wedding day I did not see her once, I sent my sister to take pictures of the hall and ceremony space. Which I then saw that she had not had all of my centerpieces on the tables. She had left 4 out of the 12 table blank. I then saw for the ceremony space she did not put up all the things that I had paid for. So in turn I called and wanted a refund for at least the things that she did not produce, she then told me that it wasn't going to happen and the I was pretty much out of luck. She was very rude and unprofessional, she yelled in the phone and tried to make the whole situation my fault which I thought as the professional she should have tried to make the situation better when she was the one in the wrong.
