I met Dr. Tsoulfas the day of my epidural, I was super nervous and he was so professional and understanding, he took the time to explain the procedure and why he was doing it. I felt more comfortable and I was able to relax a bit more after speaking with him. His surgical staff was very personable, and made everything so easy going. I will definitely be going back to him. The other staff was great too, only negative is I don't think staff should have their cell phones on them, in the patient rooms. ...read more

Loved the Care my Mother recieved in this hospital. The Nurses on Staff were all friendly and very patient with my mother who is 82. The Doctor on Staff was great in explaining everything to us and never seemed to be in a hurry or short on time to talk to us about our concerns or when he came to see us at checkout after her 3 days over night there. We will not hesitate to take her back to West Allis Memorial. Even the greeter remembered me each day at the entry desk. ...read more
